POETRY, HAUSA LOVER

Stares in her eyes like midnight, murmurs restrained for overflows of emotions
my mata oh how i will leave hanya for your beauty could let a camel feel thirsty,
i long to be called maigida for my eyes will glow the day i set you in the prison
of my heart
like an oracle will i keep you in my court of semitic huts
my treasury long for a nyarinya with a glorious hilight on her forehead like moonlight,
haba mana a maigida with you a day is worth m
ore than a maigida for life.
